Meet Dr. Nina
Raised in Plano, Texas, Dr. Nina was introduced to holistic health early in life, including chiropractic care during her undergraduate years in San Marcos. While receiving chiropractic care herself, she began working at a holistic-approach daycare serving children with ADHD and autism. It was there that her passion for nervous system health and whole-person care first began to grow.
After moving to Denver in 2020, she felt called to pursue a career in chiropractic. She enrolled at Parker University and began her chiropractic education before eventually returning home to the Dallas area.
Life took an unexpected turn when a snowboarding accident led to a series of symptoms that ultimately resulted in a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2022. Through this experience, Dr. Nina developed a deeper appreciation for the body's resilience, the importance of nervous system health, and the role that mindset, lifestyle, and intentional care play in overall well-being.
Today, her greatest passion is helping individuals and families understand that the body was designed with an incredible capacity to adapt, heal, and thrive. She trusts that true healing begins when people feel empowered, supported, and connected to their health journey. She believes that caring for mothers and children early in life lays the foundation for healthier families, stronger connections, and greater vitality for years to come.
When she's not in the office, you'll find Dr. Nina spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, playing sports, reading a good book, or relaxing with her mischievous tuxedo cat, Theodore.
